Description
Agropolis is located in the city of Viladecans, surrounded by one of the largest horticultural production areas in Catalonia (the Baix Llobregat Agricultural Park). It has excellent transport connections, as it is 5 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Barcelona and the port, via the C-31 and C-32 motorways.
The aim of Agropolis is to become a hub for demonstration of the application of technologies to the agri-food system.

Agropolis has two greenhouses, one glass (1,044 m2) that can be used to grow plants in controlled conditions of temperature and humidity, and one of plastic (735 m2). It has a basic programmable irrigation network.
In addition, it has additional services of agricultural equipment, offices, laboratories, etc.
