Description

The Horizon Europe Programme will play an important role to make Europe a globally attractive, secure and dynamic data-agile economy, first of all by developing and enabling the uptake of the next-generation computing and data technologies and infrastructures. But to achieve this goal it is critical to monitor and understand demand requirements and trends, not generically but focusing on the emerging industry use cases, business dynamics and new business models in main industry sectors. This workshop will explore the forthcoming wave of digital transformation with a specific focus on AI and data-driven use cases, how they are reshaping value chains and the business priorities of stakeholders, building on the lessons learned by pilots and market intelligence.

The main objectives of this Make it work event are:

  • To explore evolving and forecast digital transformation scenarios leveraging the Advanced Technologies for Industry (ATI) project analysis
  • To share lessons learned about demand drivers and emerging business models shaped by AI and data-driven innovation
  • To discuss how HE research can be best aligned with emerging users’ needs and promote new infrastructures and solutions uptake
