Description

The IoT4Industry project supports European manufacturing SMEs to increase their productivity, to modernise their production capabilities and improve competitive positioning by the use of IoT. In the 2,5 years of this project, 40 projects in 17 sectors (including metalworking, automotive, aerospace, defence and food & beverage) have supported the collaboration between IoT providers and manufacturers.

The IoT4Industry final event, which includes the Award Ceremony, took place inside the MTC Digitalising Manufacturing online conference celebrated 5-6 October 2020.

There were two events:

5 October 2020 (15:15 - 15:55 CET)

In this session the project team presented the project’s results, awarded the three best IoT4Industry projects, and presented three examples of successful IoT implementation into manufacturing (Digital Experience).

6 October 2020 (17:30 to 18:30 CET)

IoT Solutions (for manufacturing) and new EU funding opportunities were discussed: companies, clusters and experts discussed IoT key topics, discovered new EU funding opportunities and joined the pitches of the IoT4Industry funded projects that presented their solutions.
