European Monitor of Industrial Ecosystems

Make It work! Towards a new way of monitoring advanced technologies for industry

Description

Although the effect of the COVID-19 crisis will have long-lasting implications, the EU’s recovery has begun. For several industrial ecosystems, turnover has almost reached pre-COVID 19 levels, even if the dynamics remains slightly subdued. However, it is essential to continue monitoring the recovery trajectory of all ecosystems and their readiness to adopt advanced technologies towards a digital and green transition.

This event, the last of 10 events organised within the ATI project, fits in this context and aims at:

  • offering an overview of the ATI project and its general findings focusing on the presentation of the latest trends in the generation and uptake of advanced technologies in European industry, the related entrepreneurial activities and venture capital investment, the supply of and demand for skills and the assessment of the digital opportunities for Europe.
  • opening a discussion among ATI main stakeholders and users to learn how data, analysis and tools developed within this project have been beneficial to their specific environment and scope and to share their feedback and suggestions for, among others, an efficient monitoring of advanced technology uptake in Europe.
