Description
The PITCCH Project will host a virtual event for the launch of the selected Challenges from the Big Corporations. The PITCCH Corporate Challenges Launch will bring unique and ground-breaking opportunities for SMEs and startups that work with advanced technologies. The event is being held virtually on January 28 from 16:00 to 18:00 as part of the EU INDUSTRY WEEK 2021.
In this 2 hour session, you will hear a talk by Henry Chesbrough about his book “Open Innovation Results: Going Beyond the Hype and Getting Down to Business”, you will learn how to get involved in a PITCCH project and how PITCCH moderates and supports cooperations between partners. Aptiv, EFACEC, Procter&Gamble, Repsol, Saint-Gobain, SPIE and Siemens Energy will take the stage and present their corporate technological challenges, talk about their open innovation corporate strategies, share expectations from collaborative projects and will answer questions from the audience.

Keynote speaker: Henry Chesbrough
Henry Chesbrough is best known as “the father of Open Innovation”. He teaches at the Haas School of Business at the University of California-Berkeley. He is also Maire Tecnimont Professor of Open Innovation at Luiss University in Rome.
