Final event and awards ceremony of the COSME ADMA project on 22 April

No image description.

In the ADMA conference on April 22nd the results through the activities of the Advanced Manufacturing Support Centre over the past 3 years will be presented. Also, the first two European ADMA Factory of the Future Champions will be announced.

Factories of the Future are future-oriented manufacturing companies embracing Industry 4.0 opportunities to their full extent. Can you improve your manufacturing? The Centre’s objective is to help European manufacturing SMEs to assess the possibility of adopting both advanced manufacturing solutions as well as social innovation strategies thereby transforming their organisation towards next-generation factories with more competitive, modern and sustainable production.

After establishing an online scan tool measuring the maturity of SMEs on seven transformation areas, 110 SMEs have been approached (employing a total of close to 10.000 people). Of those companies, 69 companies in 12 different European countries have received active support through a fully customized ADMA Transformation Plan highlighting the priority areas for each of them.

During the final ADMA event, the key learnings obtained by the Advanced Manufacturing Support Centre partners will be shared with you. Moreover, 15 European manufacturing SMEs will present their ‘Factory of the Future transformation journey’ and the breakthroughs they managed to realize.
