Leti, a technology research institute at CEA Tech, pioneers micro and nanotechnologies, tailoring differentiating applicative solutions that ensure competitiveness in a wide range of markets. The institute tackles critical challenges such as healthcare, energy, transport and ICTs.

World Class Facilities
Over the years, Leti has invested heavily in its research laboratories and facilities to secure its place as a premier research institute worldwide. It is now home to hi-tech microelectronics cleanrooms, a range of advanced characterization tools that are unique in the world, the latest test benches and unparalleled pre-clinical and clinical research platforms.

Multi-Disciplinary Experts
Leti is composed of 2000 professionals, who are ardent about promoting industry through innovation: Experienced researchers, applications engineers, business managers, administrative support staff. A large majority of Leti's staff have a private company business background. It employs around 100 internationally recognized scientific experts and/or members of worldwide scientific community and almost 400 PhD and Post-Doc students are also present on site, representing a constant source of fresh inspiration.
